General Permissions
Most everything is fine in my book, but for the more outlandish things or extreme circumstances, please ask me ahead of time. Chances are I will still be fine with it, but it never hurts to ask! And I will gladly do the same for you! An example of an "outlandish" occurrence would be Death, excessive torture, delving into memories (not game event related), that kind of thing.

Talent and Ka’kari Permissions
Basically, this is about the weird things Kylar can do.
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ALWAYS ASK AND ALERT YOU AHEAD OF TIME. But do let me know here if something is absolutely not and never will be okay.
Judgment: Kylar has an ability through the ka’kari that allows him to Judge others. Through this (in canon, at least) he can see a person’s good and bad deeds. Any experiences they've had or one in particular. And he can weigh their souls for innocence or guilt. Should he find them guilty and irredeemable, he will feel compelled to try and kill them. He does not use this often and will be disinclined to use it on a regular basis. However, I would like to know if he can/can’t use it on your character(s), and if they would be leaning toward innocent or guilty. How to determine this is literally; have they done more good deeds than bad or vice versa. But do know I will ALWAYS ask ahead of time if he uses this on anyone ever! And if they are guilty and you are willing to roll with some tension then let's handle that on a case-by-case basis. Again, if it's not and never will be okay. Tell me here!
Beyond this, only those with characters who have magic or otherworldly capabilities need to read on. Or those with a good amount of CR with Kylar - friend(+).
MY MAGICAL SENSES ARE TINGLING: If your character is trained in magic or something of the like and they usually can sense others with the same talents then they will probably be able to sense Kylar within whatever radius you see fit. But, he will also be capable of sensing them in return. So I just need to know if we have a little mutual tinglings going on or not.
Invisibility: Yep. He can go invisible. It’s a problem.
However, if your character is trained in magic (not just gifted but trained) then they will still be able to sense Kylar’s presence even if they can’t see him. If your character is not just trained but a master of their magical perceptive skills then they will be able to distinguish an outline to a human-shaped aura that appears to be devouring the light around it.
Magic Absorption: Kylar’s Talent is fueled by literal energy gathered primarily from heat and energy sources. Usually from sunlight or fires, but he can also absorb others’ raw magical energy and fire/fireballs, too. If attacked with raw magical force or energy he will be able to absorb the energy used and turn it into his own. Icicles, Wind, Rain, and other spells, however, can’t be absorbed. So I’d like to know if other characters’ raw energy attacks can or can’t be absorbed by Kylar. I am very much okay with fire actually burning him for a change.
Immortality and the Pains of Life Absorption: IF YOUR CHARACTER(S) HAVE CLOSE CR WITH KYLAR READ ON. If not, congratulations, you can keep your beating heart.
While this will hopefully not be an often occurrence, when Kylar dies the ka'kari absorbs the life of a loved one (friend+). Kylar will take about 2 days to come back to life, while his beloved victim has t-minus three months to live. The death of the victim can be any way, shape, or form, so long as it is within 3 months of Kylar's own death. Their deaths can be a freak accident (drowning in a puddle) or an unfortunate battle or turn of events. REGARDLESS, the victim will then be resurrected by in-game means and this will ONLY occur if Kylar is in a perma-death situation. Please be aware that I will absolutely alert those with close CR should this situation ever happen and declining is perfectly fine. Again, if this is not fine with you do let me know! If you are okay with this potential happening, then sit back, relax, and wait for Kylar to screw up royally. I will work out details with players and explain things further when such an event occurs.

Judgment: Yes. Now this is a little complicated since he used to be a soldier and has killed many people, but all for the "sake of his country". For this reason, I'm going to leave it up to your discretion, because this is probably based on the character's sensibilities?
Magical Senses Tingling?: Yes. Achilles' form is made up solely of magic, actually.
Can they sense or see Kylar while he’s Invisible?: No.
Can Kylar absorb magic/energy from them?: Yes! He can totally try to absorb Achilles' energy/magic from his bod, since he doesn't use magic-based attacks. But Achilles might try to kill him for it.
If your character has close CR with Kylar; can he absorb their life (killing them in the process within 3 months) should Kylar ever perma-die? No.

Judgment: Yes. She spent a few years earnestly serving her father, King Arthur, and doing 'good' deeds (killing enemies to protect their kingdom, etc), but was also directly responsible for the downfall of Britain just to get back at her father after he rejected her. She's not strictly evil, as her only target was the king and not innocent people, but a hell of a lot died on her warpath. So I'd lean guilty.

No.Actually, she wouldn't be able to see him, but her Instinct skill might tip her off that something weird is hanging around.Can Kylar absorb magic/energy from them?: Yes, but it will injure/kill her (or her Master, if she has one) if he takes too much. And like Achilles, she might attack or try to kill him if she doesn't give permission first.
If your character has close CR with Kylar; can he absorb their life (killing them in the process within 3 months) should Kylar ever perma-die? Nah.

Judgment: Yes, though I feel as though the answer to his guilt is a little more questionable. Ashitaka killed a god, which is a grievous sin, but the god he killed was corrupted and he did so to save his people. I will also leave this up to your discretion, though I feel as though as far as his canon is concerned, his fate is still up in the air because he has neither succumbed to his curse (been judged to die for his actions) or cleansed it (been judged to be absolved of them through his actions thereafter).
Magical Senses Tingling?: I would say yes, but it's kinda weird! Ashitaka has a very strange, negative magical signature to him, though it's not so much from him but the curse attached to him.
Can they sense or see Kylar while he’s Invisible?: He is not trained in the magic he has so I would say no.
Can Kylar absorb magic/energy from them?: Sure, but it is Bad Stuff. The curse is an echo of a dying god that had been turned into a demon by the ambition of humans; it's hatred, bitterness, fear, pain, and thirst for violence made manifest. So it's not tasty or good by any means.

Judgment: Yes. Ultimately innocent, despite the way he likes to talk and act sometimes.

Can Kylar absorb magic/energy from them?: Yes, but only from Yoshitsugu's laser-beams and small fires. The former would be a very good source, though.

Judgment: Yes | Innocent | Jon has killed upwards of 40 people in battle and does have berserker tendencies, and he's also performed about 5-6 executions, but these were all justifiable in context: he doesn't kill innocents or approve of killing innocents, and he's saved a lot of lives. Within the context of his canon, he's a very good person.
Magical Senses Tingling?: No | However, Jon has been resurrected by magic and may or may not be the reincarnation of some mythical hero or other (not clear which one and not yet answered in canon). He does make other people's magical senses tingle, specifically those of the priestess who resurrected him ("there is great power in you," etc). Just don't tell him or anyone there's anything weird about him, if you think it would ping Kylar -- at least not without discussing it first. He doesn't want his Miraculous Resurrection to get around.
Can they sense or see Kylar while he’s Invisible?: No
Can Kylar absorb magic/energy from them?: No
